Yara Molthan

Yara Molthan currently serves as Vice President of Business Innovation at Spryker since August 2020, with prior roles including Vice President of Value Engineering & Business Consulting, Senior Director, and Director of Business Consulting. Yara also contributes as a Guest Lecturer at both Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) since August 2024 and September 2021, respectively. Additionally, Yara is involved as a Mastermind at Makers & Shakers and serves as an OMR Education Podcast Resident. With extensive experience at Etribes as an Expert Partner since October 2017, Yara previously held positions such as Sales & Marketing Manager at JULIE & GRACE and Head of Marketing at Epermarket. Education includes dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart, completed in 2011.
