Silvia Gorla

Silvia Gorla has extensive experience in the fashion and illustration industries. Currently serving as Responsabile Lavorazioni Speciali / Sviluppo Prodotto Senior pelletteria at Etro since April 2003, Silvia is responsible for the research, development, and engineering of special processes and embroideries across all collections, while also engaging in trend hunting. Previous roles at Etro include Responsabile Accessori Pelletteria, where coordination of collection progress and material selection were key responsibilities, and Assistente Product Manager, providing support in product prototyping and sample management. In addition, Silvia has been an independent illustrator since February 2002, specializing in character design for fashion accessories and children's literature, with notable projects including illustrated works for Giunti Edizioni and Ancora Srl. Educationally, Silvia holds a degree in Illustration and Editorial Design and a Master in Illustration from Associazione culturale “Teatrio” in Venice.
