Daniel Chen

Daniel Chen has extensive experience in firmware and software engineering, currently serving as the Firmware Leader at Etron Technology Inc. since May 2013, where responsibilities include developing firmware for camera sensors and optimizing image quality through AE/AWB implementations. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Sr. Firmware Engineer at Bison Electronics Inc. from October 2009 to May 2013, focusing on NB Camera / CCM Firmware development and collaboration with major sensor providers. Daniel began a career as a Sr. Software Engineer at EgisTec from January 2005 to October 2009, where contributions included developing fingerprint solutions and integrating systems with fingerprint chips. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Communication Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Tatung University.
