Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, business development, and real estate. Currently serving as the Vice President of Construction & Project Management at ETS Performance since November 2022, Aaron manages operations for both new and existing facilities while collaborating closely with various stakeholders. In addition to this role, Aaron has been a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota and Wisconsin since December 2020. Previous positions include Senior Director of Business Development at Home Media Innovations, Inc., and several management roles at ProVision Security, where oversight of project teams and budget compliance were key responsibilities. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Sport Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the same institution.
