Conner Cain is currently the Director of Performance & Operations at ETS Coeur d’Alene and has a strong commitment to the development of young athletes. Previously, Conner served as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at notable institutions including Baylor University and the University of New Mexico, where they directed training programs for various sports. Conner holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Utah State University and was a four-year letterman and team captain on the University of Wyoming football team. With extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and public speaking, Conner aims to leverage their skills to positively impact young athletes' lives.
