David Ponath, originally from Stillwater, MN, graduated from St. Croix Lutheran High School in 2014 before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Fitness Promotion from Luther College in 2018. They attended the University of Mary, where they earned a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2021 while serving as a Graduate Assistant Football Coach. David has held positions as a Performance Coach at both Starters Sports Training and ETS Performance, and they served as Director of Performance at Stillwater High School before becoming the Director of Performance and Lead Performance Coach at ETS Central in Edina, MN, in December 2022.
