Grant Carnahan is currently the Director of Athletic Performance at ETS Performance, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Missouri State University from 2022 to 2025 and held various roles in sports performance, including Director at SportsPlus Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Center from 2019 to 2021 and Personal Trainer at Aspen Athletic Clubs from 2016 to 2019. Grant also gained experience as a Sports Performance Intern at Purdue University in 2016 and as a Graduate Assistant in Strength and Conditioning at Harding University from 2021 to 2022. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Grand View University and a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Harding University.
