ETS Performance
Michael Walker has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US in 2016 and worked there until 2018. Following this, they joined ETS Performance as a Performance Coach from 2018 to 2019. Later, they were promoted to the position of Director of Performance & Operations at ETS Performance. Prior to these roles, they worked at Beloit Memorial High School as a Para Educator/Mentor, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Head Freshmen Football Coach from 2014 to 2016.
Michael Walker attended St. Cloud State University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a BES degree in Elective Studies.

Since 2010, ETS has produced over 2,500 Division 1 ,2 and 3 Athletes from the various sports; 200+ Professional Athletes, and over 50,000+ Athletes in total. ETS has attracted numerous professional athletes into the brand as well as drawn national and global attention for our unique performance systems and positive impact on communities. With the proven success that our athletes and clients receive, it is our mission to expand the ETS brand to a whole new level.
