Igor M.

Igor M. is a specialist with over 20 years of experience in ICT regulations and standardization. They currently serve as the Director of External Relations at the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), managing relationships with more than 100 partners and supporting technical committees focused on EU market access standards for radio equipment. Igor initially joined ETSI in 2003, following a role at the Radio Research and Development Institute (NIIR), where they were involved in radio spectrum management and legislation development. Igor graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
