Michael Sharpe

Michael Sharpe is presently the Director of Spectrum and Equipment Regulation at ETSI, where they review technical activities to advise on priorities and identify emerging opportunities. They manage a team providing support to relevant ETSI Technical Committees and liaise with key regulatory and standards bodies globally. Michael received a BSc and PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Essex and has previously worked at BBC Television, Ford Motor Company, and the UK Radiocommunications Agency prior to joining ETSI in 1995.
