Mike Pluke

Mike Pluke is an experienced practitioner and consultant in user experience engineering, specializing in the delivery of personalized information and communication systems. They have led various Specialist Task Forces within the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), including STF614 to update the EN 301 549 standard for the European Accessibility Act and STF416 to create Europe's ICT accessibility requirements standard. Mike has also held significant roles such as Head of Human Factors Standardization at BT and Owner of Castle Consulting Ltd. They earned a BS in Electronics from the University of Southampton.
