Olivier Genoud is a seasoned Technical Project Manager at ETSI since September 2013, currently leading the 3GPP Task Force 160, which focuses on developing test specifications for the 3GPP TSG RAN Working Group 5. Prior to this role, Olivier served as a Senior Technical Consultant at Anritsu from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included system-level analysis of advanced wireless technologies. Earlier experience includes a leadership position at Nokia UK Ltd directing a WCDMA Conformance Test team, and software engineering at Sagem SA, specializing in real-time embedded software for GSM/GPRS handsets. Olivier holds an MSc in Telecommunications from Telecom Bretagne, completed in 2002, and is a Certified Scrum Master since 2013.
