Vincent Depagne has a diverse work history spanning over three decades. Vincent started their career as a Development Engineer at Cap Gemini in 1989 and worked there until 1994. Vincent then worked as a Technical Lead at Netmansys from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they joined Hewlett Packard and held various roles, including Project Manager from 1996 to 1999, R&D Unit Manager from 1999 to 2003, and OSS Software - R&D Manager from 2003 to 2010. In 2009, they joined InfoVista as the VP of Software Development until 2011. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at ETSI since June 2011.
Vincent Depagne completed their Engineer's Degree at Télécom Paris from 1985 to 1988.
