Grace Mezzy

Grace Mezzy is an experienced professional currently serving as an Area Director and Staff Associate at Young Life since September 2020, where responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring adults, volunteers, and high school students. Concurrently, Grace has been a Designer and Creator at Etsy since July 2016, specializing in hand-lettered and watercolored goods. Previous roles include Creative Services Manager, Project Manager, and Production Coordinator at Lacy Maxwell Experiential, where notable achievements included leading award-winning hospitality programs and managing high-profile client events. Grace also worked as a Classroom Monitor for Fairfax County Public Schools and as a Graphic Designer at Salem Sports Signs, contributing to brand storytelling projects for major clients. An alumna of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Grace is recognized for leadership and community engagement through participation in the Winston-Salem Fellows Program and keynote speaking at Virginia Military Institute.
