Grant Malone

Grant Malone is an experienced professional in Trust, Safety, and Operations with a strong background in strategy development and execution across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Fraud Operations at Etsy since July 2025, Grant previously held roles including Director of Trust and Safety Operations at Epic Games, where content moderation strategies were designed for multiple products. At Stripe, as Global Head of Safety and Risk User Experience Operations, Grant managed the user experience strategy while overseeing a large team of program managers and vendors. Prior experience includes senior positions at Airbnb focusing on Trust and Safety operations, and earlier roles in sales management at Apple Retail and Best Buy.
