James Yoo

James Yoo is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Etsy since March 2019, James has previously held positions as Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Prior to Etsy, James was the Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at PayLock IPT from January 2016 to March 2019. James also worked as a Senior Developer at SpyderLynk, a mobile marketing and technology company, from July 2010 to September 2015, and as a Consultant at Thought Ascent, Inc. from 2008 to July 2010. Earlier in the career, James served as a Technical Manager at Avaya from 2006 to 2008. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, completed in 2004.
