Matthew Glick

Matthew Glick is the Director, Strategy & Communications at Etsy. Matthew has over ten years of experience in legal and corporate operations. Prior to joining Etsy, they were the Director of Legal Operations at Legal Hero, Inc., where they led new product development, built the lawyer network, and provided legal counsel for a legal services marketplace for startups and small businesses. Matthew has also served as the Director of Strategy and Impact Investment at Alterna, where they led strategy and business development at center for social entrepreneurship and innovation and provided business consulting and investment advisory services to early-stage social enterprises. Glick began their career as an Associate in the Corporate & Finance Group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where they served as the lead associate on a wide range of corporate transactions, including bank financings, leveraged finance transactions, securities offerings, and real estate developments.

Matthew Glick has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and International Business from Binghamton University. Matthew is Admitted to the State Bar of New York.
