Ralph Cullen

Ralph Cullen is currently a Research Manager at Etsy. Prior to their current role, Ralph held positions at Workday and State Farm, where Ralph managed teams of researchers to support product, design, and strategy teams. Ralph has a PhD in Human Factors Engineering from Virginia Tech and a background in psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology. With a strong focus on user experience research, Ralph has successfully led teams to achieve high performance evaluations and promotions.
