Roman Sobieri

Roman Sobieri currently serves as the Head of Global Shipping at Etsy, a position held since April 2017, where leadership focuses on Etsy's global fulfillment organization, catering to over 95 million buyers and 8 million sellers. In addition, Roman has been an Advisory Board Member for the eCommerce Professionals Association since June 2018, contributing to a community that supports professionals across various eCommerce backgrounds. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Global Operations & Logistics at Pitney Bowes following its acquisition of Borderfree, where Roman oversaw international operations and logistics. Additionally, Roman served as Vice President of Operations & Logistics and Director of Product Management at Borderfree, along with previous positions at CheetahMail, Fujifilm, and Pratt & Whitney. Roman holds an MBA from Rensselaer and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
