Simon Monaghan

Simon Monaghan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Policy Enforcement Manager for Seller Verification at Etsy since April 2021. In this role, Simon acts as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship and ensuring compliance within verification and onboarding processes. Prior to Etsy, Simon worked at XS Direct from July 2015 to April 2021, holding positions as both an Underwriter and Claims Handler, where support was provided to broker staff and investigations were conducted into various claims. Earlier experience includes a role with AIB in the Cash Management Payments Team, focusing on account reconciliation and cash processing. Simon holds a Higher National Diploma in Science in Computing - Software Development from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons.) from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
