Simona Shakin

Simona Shakin is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in product and retention marketing. Currently serving as VP of Product & Retention Marketing at Etsy since March 2015, Simona oversees a team of 25, focusing on inventory strategy and go-to-market approaches for products and features. Prior roles at Audible, Inc., included various product marketing positions where Simona developed strategies for subscription services and successfully enhanced customer lifetime value. Earlier experiences at Yodle, Li & Fung Limited, and American Greetings Properties involved innovative marketing initiatives, product line development, and effective retention strategies. Simona holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Business from Cornell University.
