Steven Sommer

Steven Sommer is currently the Director of Design Program Management at Etsy, where they focus on creating impactful design experiences. Previously, they held several roles at Microsoft, including Principal Design PM Manager, where they led the growth of a DesignOps group and contributed to Microsoft Teams' expansion to over 300 million monthly users. Earlier in their career, Steven worked at Amazon as a Producer II, where they managed various design projects and collaborated closely with executive leadership. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business.
