Terry Kim

Terry Kim is currently the Senior Counsel at Etsy, specializing in tech transactions and AI partnerships. Previously, Terry held positions as an Associate at Cooley LLP and completed a summer associate role at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Prior to entering the legal field, Terry gained experience in marketing roles at TrialPay and HotelTonight, where Terry advanced from Marketing Coordinator to Manager. Terry earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.
