Thomas Dunlap is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience design and research. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Etsy since July 2023, Thomas leads research initiatives for the "Find & Compare" project. Prior to Etsy, Thomas worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Indeed.com, focusing on interviews and messaging for small and medium-sized businesses from March 2021 to April 2023. Previous roles include Design Researcher II at Microsoft, where efforts were concentrated on intelligent features in Excel, and Design Researcher for Microsoft Office. Early career experiences include teaching assistance at the University of Washington, internships at DIY, and foundational contributions as Junior UX Designer at Opal.io.
