Taylor Higley

Taylor Higley began their career in 2005 as a Network Engineer at Nortec Communications. In 2006, they joined AFGE as the Director of Information Services, where they managed a $4M annual budget and a team of 18 personnel providing IT services for 350+ internal users. Taylor was also responsible for developing the technical strategy for architecture, software development initiatives, cloud adoption, data, and security. In 2007, Higley began working part-time as the Chief Technology Officer at Empowerment through Technology & Education, Inc., where they led eight direct reports and was responsible for technical project management, establishment and enforcement of processes, staffing, business development, client advisory, and operational strategy for operations in the US and Bolivia.

Taylor Higley's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Maryland Global Campus obtained in 2014, a Masters in E-Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus obtained in 2010, a Bachelors in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus obtained in 2008, and attendance at Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2005.
