Johan Engberg is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Etteplan since August 2025, Johan previously held the position of Senior Manager Quality at Beyond Gravity from August 2023 to August 2025. Johan's career at Saab spanned eight years, during which time positions included Quality Director for both BA Aeronautics and BA Support and Services, as well as Quality and Operational Excellence Manager for Business Units Tactical Solutions. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at Schneider Electric Nyköping from June 2011 to August 2015 and Quality Manager at Å&R Carton Norrköping AB from November 2006 to June 2011. Johan holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Business Administration and Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both earned from Växjö University.
