Star Chang

Star Chang possesses extensive experience in management and operations within the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as General Manager of the Suzhou office at Etteplan since October 2008. Responsibilities include independent office management, financial oversight, sales and key account management, project management, and talent recruitment. Prior roles at Etteplan included Operations Director and Operations Manager at the Kunshan office, overseeing multiple departments and managing significant teams. Previous positions include leadership roles in process and repair engineering at Coretronic and Compal. Star Chang holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Information from China University of Mining and Technology.
