Mitchell Johnson is the current Key Account Manager at ETU. Prior to their current position, Mitchell was an Acquisitions Account Executive at Pluralsight from June 2017 to September 2020. And before that, Mitchell was an Account Manager at Workfront from October 2016 to June 2017.
At Workfront, Mitchell was responsible for contacting, qualifying and nurturing leads via phone, email and chat to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Mitchell also had to effectively articulate the Workfront value proposition to prospective customers and meet a quota of contacts per day with strategic preparation. Additionally, Mitchell worked with counterparts in sales to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads were passed. And finally, they had to proactively provide closed-loop feedback on programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimization and improvement.
Mitchell Johnson has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and an Associate of Science (AS) from Salt Lake Community College. Mitchell also has certification from JB Sales in JBarrows On-Site Sales Training Certification and Customer Centric Selling.
They work with Doug MacKay - Sales Director, Ian Johnston - Sales Director, and Maria McMahon King - Sales Director. Mitchell Johnson reports to Austin Kenny, CRO.
