We are a modern Israeli real-estate and development company. A company that builds homes for people like us – the everyday Israelis.

We are the ones that love living here and, just like you, want to feel at home at our apartment. Men and women who understand that buying a house is much more than just a business deal, mortgage and furnishing. It is a process which creates a new kind of living. A good home is a house which was handled with special care: in thought, planning, interior design and of course – in the quality of construction.

Feeling that you're in the right place is not only determined by the house is itself, but by the community fabric surrounding it. A kind of atmosphere that encourages you to leave the house, to go to school, the park, after-school activities, jogging with the neighbors or shooting hoops in the nearby basketball court.

We believe that modern Israeli development is a combination of these essential features: high quality in planning and construction, positive and mutual communication between the entrepreneur and the buyers, excellent location and having a supportive community around it. That is why we work hard at finding prime locations for our projects, and employ an exquisite team of engineers and architects to planning, inspecting and supervising the quality in every step of the way. Furthermore, we surround the buyer with close and personal attention, from the stage of their interest in the apartment, and through funding and construction, and even after handing over the keys to the apartment.
