Ron van Hees

Ron van Hees is currently an Adviseur Bedrijfsopleidingen at Elisabeth-TweeSteden Ziekenhuis (ETZ), where they develop training policies and learning trajectories for staff. They are also the founder of Leerfabriek B.V. and a co-owner of DTS@ctief, a company specializing in e-learning and blended learning solutions. In addition to their roles in education and training, Ron has served as an Onderwijscoordinator at St. Elisabeth Ziekenhuis since 2001 and worked as an intensive care nurse from 1990 to 2003. They hold a post-bachelor degree in Human Resource Development from NCOI, completed in 2008.
