Fernando has also worked as a Principal at CEPA Ltd, focusing on water and cost assessment practises, and as a Manager at KPMG UK, providing strategic advice for regulatory processes. With a Ph.D. in Economics from EUI and a background in business and economics, Fernando brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
