Prior to this role, they served as Chief Technology Officer at Capgemini, where they also led the Center of Excellence for Enterprise Architecture in Scandinavia. With over 15 years of experience as a senior management consultant, Johan has worked across various industries, advising CxOs and developing strategies for enterprise architecture and innovation. They began their career as a software developer and project manager after studying mathematics at the University of Gothenburg.
