Bart Martel

Bart Martel is a Partner at Eubelius, Belgium's largest independent law firm, where they specialize in public and administrative law, particularly constitutional and environmental law. They have represented clients before various courts and administrative authorities and contributed as an expert in the execution of the Sixth State Reform. From 2008 to 2016, Bart served as a teaching assistant in the Constitutional and Administrative Law department at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, while actively participating in legal publications on public law.
