Lars Van Bever has been a partner at Eubelius since 2003, specializing in M&A and securities offerings, with notable expertise in corporate real estate transactions, particularly for REITs, investors, and developers, as well as in life sciences. Prior to this role, Lars served as an associate at Eubelius from 1997 to 2002. Lars obtained an LL.M. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1997 and completed a Lic. Rechten degree at KU Leuven in 1996.
