Wouter Claes is an accomplished attorney specializing in tax issues, currently serving as a Partner at Eubelius since January 2013, with a focus on tax efficient financing, cash repatriation, M&A, and tax dispute resolution, particularly for family-owned companies. Previously, Wouter held the position of Head of Belgian Desk at Deloitte AP ICE Limited from September 2011 to November 2012, where involvement in international tax services for Asia Pacific companies and multinational investments was key. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager in International Corporate Tax at Deloitte Belgium from September 2009 to September 2011 and working as a lawyer at Eubelius and Allen & Overy. Wouter holds multiple advanced degrees in Law, Company Law, and Tax Law from KU Leuven and Katholieke Universiteit Brussel.
