Ryan Guay has a diverse range of work experience in the renewable energy industry. Ryan is currently the Co-Founder & President of Euclid Power, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Goldman Sachs, starting as an Associate in the Renewable Power Group in May 2018 and later becoming a Vice President in January 2020. At Goldman Sachs, they were involved in the diligence and acquisition of solar+storage projects and led the negotiation of major project contracts.

Ryan also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Distributed Asset Solutions from January 2016 to September 2016, where they provided expertise in the construction, operation, and development of solar projects. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at National Energy Partners from July 2015 to January 2016, managing large-scale solar projects in New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Earlier in their career, Ryan held roles such as Director of Operations at Solar Project Solutions, Inc. from October 2014 to July 2015, Partner at EPC Solar LLC from April 2014 to December 2014, and various positions at Monolith Solar Associates, LLC from May 2013 to April 2014.

Overall, Ryan Guay has extensive experience in project management, development, and construction in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on solar+storage projects.

Ryan Guay attended SUNY Oneonta from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Social Studies Teacher Education. In 2014, they enrolled at Hudson Valley Community College and completed their studies in 2015, earning a NABCEP Certification in Solar Energy Technology/Technician. Additionally, in January 2015, Ryan obtained an OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Certification, although no institution is specified for this certification.
