Christine Grondkowski

Christine Grondkowski has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Christine is currently working as the Head of Real Estate Data Products at Eucon Group, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager Real Estate at the same company from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Eucon Group, Christine worked at HIH Real Estate GmbH for many years. Their roles at HIH Real Estate included Abteilungsleiter Asset Management Business Development from October 2018 to December 2021, Teamleiter Asset Management from January 2015 to September 2018, Senior Asset Manager from October 2010 to December 2014, and Asset Manager from August 2007 to September 2010.

Christine's earlier work experience includes positions at HSH Real Estate AG, where they worked as a Manager Beteiligungsmanagement/ Portfoliomanagement from June 2006 to July 2007, and as a Controller from October 2004 to May 2006.

Christine began their career at IBM Business Consulting Services GmbH (formerly PwC Unternehmensberatung GmbH) as a Consultant for Real Estate Management (SAP R/3 RE & Prozesse) from January 2002 to September 2004. Christine also served as an intern at the company from October 2001 to December 2001.

Christine Grondkowski completed their education from 1998 to 2001 at the International Business School in Lippstadt. During this time, they earned their degree in Internationale Diplom-Betriebswirtin (IBS) with a focus on Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
