Peter Christopher

Peter Christopher is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of eucto, established in January 2021, with a focus on aiding organizations in managing their development progress. Prior to this, Peter held several senior positions at World Vision from August 2008 to January 2021, including Head of Organizational Development, Talent Management & Capacity Building, and Senior Business Partner for People & Culture, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy development, compensation management, and staff well-being. Peter’s earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Eltekon Enterprise, where management of HRMS for Citi Group was a key responsibility. Peter holds multiple degrees in Human Resources and related fields, including an MBA from the University of Wales and a Certificate in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.
