Eudata empowers AI journeys for enterprises, transforming customer, employee, and process experiences through intelligent automation that delivers real and measurable business impact.
As companies increasingly rely on AI to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency, Eudata provides the missing piece: an orchestration layer that connects data, systems, and channels, making AI truly operational with built-in governance, compliance, accountability, and resilience.

Since 2021, Eudata has been an Innovative SME and a Benefit Company, supporting leading organizations across banking, insurance, telco, utilities, and the public sector.
Its cloud platforms for voice, digital, and video, together with advanced contact center solutions, customer engagement technologies, chatbots, and virtual assistants, help enterprises elevate customer experience, streamline operations, and blend AI with human intelligence when it matters most.

Eudata develops proprietary technologies such as Convy.AI, is an AWS Advanced Partner (Amazon Connect Partner of the Year 2021), and has expanded its presence with the acquisitions of Metadonors (2022) and Ynpact in France (2023).
Eudata’s purpose is to enable organizations to design, orchestrate, and scale their AI journey end-to-end, turning innovation into tangible, sustainable value in the future of Customer Experience.
