Bernard Lam

Bernard Lam is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as M&A Legal Lead at Eudia since July 2025. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Carta from October 2021 to July 2025 and Senior Legal Counsel for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Investments at Apple, where service extended from November 2017 to October 2021. Bernard has also contributed to the legal field as a DeputyGC Member at TechGC in 2022, and held various legal positions at Weil Gotshal and Manges, Beyond Capital Fund, and California Clean Energy Fund throughout the early stages of a career that began at Pacific Gas and Electric.
