Antje Söder

Antje Söder is a legal expert with nearly 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property law and cross-border cooperation. Currently serving as the Head of Communities and Consistent Practices at the EUIPO, they lead initiatives that enhance collaboration and harmonization within the European IP landscape. Antje has represented the EUIPO in around 100 cases before the General Court and Court of Justice of the EU and has mediated IP disputes for over a decade. They are also involved in various legal reform and expert panels, contributing to the development of accessible and effective legal systems in the EU.
