Dr. Andree Bates

Dr. Andree Bates has an extensive work experience in the biopharma industry, beginning in 1989 as an Associate Lecturer/Tutor at Macquarie University. In 1993, they became a Medical Writer at MediTech Media and also began part-time Neurology Consulting. In 1995, they were recruited to Churchill Communications as a bilingual Medical Writer, where they quickly took initiative and exhibited leadership potential. Dr. Andree was promoted to Communications Manager and modernized the company by introducing computers, networks, and internet access. In 1996, they were recruited to Medicus as Head of Medical Internet and built, directed, and transformed the first digital division in the medical-marketing/PR space worldwide. In 1998, they established and grew Mednet Media into a multinational company as Board Chairman/Founder/Managing Director. In 2003, they founded Eularis and served as Chairman of the Board/Founder/CEO, providing commercial leadership and AI innovation. In 2021, they became a Founding Member of Chief and an Innovate UK Assessor.

Dr. Andree Bates has an extensive education history. In 2019, they completed a Mini-MBA from Google Creative Campus and Non-Executive Director and Chairperson Training from In Touch Network. In 2003, they obtained a Certified Coach from Results Coaching for Leadership Coaching for High Performance. Dr. Andree also holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from London Chamber of Commerce & Industry, an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Communications from London Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a Diploma in Radio Production from Radio Guild, BBC, a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from Macquarie University, a B Sc (Hons) Neuroscience (John Curtin School of Medicine) from The Australian National University, and a Faculty of Medicine from The University of Queensland. Additionally, they were awarded the HBA Spark Award from the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association in 2023.
