Cesar V.

Cesar V. has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure development, having held various roles at organizations such as the European Space Agency, GMV, and EUMETSAT. They started their career in the Architecture and Technology of Computing Systems Research Group at UCM and progressed to significant positions, including Mission Operations IT Infrastructure Evolution Activity Manager at RHEA and Ground Segment Project Manager at EUMETSAT. Currently, Cesar V. serves as the Infrastructure Strategy, Architecture and Delivery Manager at EUMETSAT while pursuing multiple master's degrees in Information Security Management and Applied Physics, along with a management development program at IESE Business School.
