Frédéric Beudart has a diverse range of work experience. Frédéric has worked as a Head Translator at EUMETSAT, where they were responsible for the planning and coordination of translation services and the translation of various documents. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Expert - Technical Writer-Editor at Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), where they edited and revised texts and managed corporate data. Frédéric also worked as a French Writer-Editor at Transport Canada and as a Translator-Reviser at the City of Ottawa. Frédéric has extensive experience in translation and has worked as a Translator at Traductions Tessier - Tessier Translations. Frédéric also has experience as a Technical Translator and Consultant, providing linguistic and consulting services to various organizations. Additionally, Frédéric has worked as a Coordinator for International Relations at the Hiroshima City Mayor's Office, where they facilitated exchange projects and provided language assistance and training. Frédéric has expertise in various fields, including space, aeronautics, public administration, foreign affairs, and technology.
Frédéric Beudart's education history began in 1980 when they enrolled at the University of Montpellier. Frédéric pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated in 1983 with a Diplôme universitaire de technologie from Languedoc University of Science and Technology.
In 1988, Beudart continued their education at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco). Frédéric pursued Japanese Studies with a focus on Translation and Interpreting. Frédéric completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations in 1994.
Later on, in 2000, Beudart attended ISAE-SUPAERO, where they obtained a Specialist Diploma in Space Engineering with a focus on Astronautics and Aeronautics. Frédéric completed this program in 2001.
In addition to their formal education, Beudart also obtained certifications. Frédéric became a Certified Translator (C. Tr.) through the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ) in October 2009. Frédéric also became a Sworn Translator for Japanese at the Toulouse Court of Appeal, certified by the Ministère de la Justice in 2004.
