Frederic Jaillot

Ground Stations Engineering Team Leader at EUMETSAT

Frederic Jaillot began their work experience in 1990 as an Antenna Engineer at Thales (Thomson-CSF). From 1995 to 1999, they served as the Technical Manager at Thales (Thomson-CSF T4S). In 2000, they joined Thales Alenia Space as a Project Manager and worked there until 2010. Since 2010, they have been working at EUMETSAT, initially as the Ground Stations Engineering Team Leader for the EPS-SG and MTG programs. From 2014 onwards, they have primarily focused on the MTG program, particularly in managing TTC stations in S-band and Mission Data Acquisition stations in KA band. Frederic also provided support for the relocation of 13m antennae from Germany to Italy and Romania for the MSG operational stations.

Frederic Jaillot obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace. The dates of their education were not provided.
