Marco Pace

Marco Pace has extensive experience in the field of system engineering and software development. Marco began their career in 1987 as a Software Engineer at MesarTeam/Atos-Origin Group, where they worked until 1990. Marco then joined the European Space Agency (ESA) as a Young Graduate Trainee and Software Engineer from 1990 to 1991. Following this, Marco worked at Vitrociset as a Software Engineer at ESA/ESOC from 1991 to 1996. Marco then transitioned to a role as a System Engineering Consultant at EUMETSAT from 1996 to 2005. At this time, they also served as a Ground Systems Integration Consultant and an Interface Support Consultant at EUMETSAT. Marco then joined Vitrociset S.p.A. as a Senior System Engineer at ESA/ESTEC from 2005 to 2009. Finally, they returned to EUMETSAT in 2009 as a Ground Segment System Engineer.

Marco Pace attended the Università degli Studi di Torino from 1982 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Informatics with a specialization in Computer Science.
