Derek Johns

Derek Johns has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Derek most recently worked as a Director of Business Product Management at Euna Solutions (Formerly GTY Technology) from April 2023 onwards. Prior to this, Derek served as the Director of Operations at Ion Wave Technologies from January 2021 to April 2023. From September 2019 to December 2020, they worked as the Division Human Resources Manager - New England at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Before that, Derek held the position of Employee Relations Business Partner at O'Reilly Auto Parts from February 2018 to September 2019. Their earliest role was as a Station Operations Manager at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) from September 2014 to September 2017.

Derek Johns holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Missouri State University, which they completed in 2022. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university in 2017. Additionally, in 2020, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
