Vivek Kumar has extensive experience in various roles within Customer Success and Sales. Vivek is currently the Director of Customer Success & Support at GTY Technology Inc, where they successfully restructured and scaled the Customer Success team, resulting in improved CS metrics such as reduced revenue churn and increased NRR and NPS. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at Boardwalktech, where they were recognized for continuous top performance and promoted to the VP role. Vivek also served as the Senior Director of Professional Services at Boardwalktech, where they were responsible for managing large complex implementations and growing strategic accounts.

Before their time at Boardwalktech, Vivek worked as the Managing Consultant (NetSuite) at Genpact, specializing in Financial Services. Vivek also held the role of Account Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where they successfully turned around a failing strategic account and received recognition for their impactful management.

Vivek Kumar has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Vivek also holds an MBA degree with a focus on Systems, Strategy, and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In addition, Vivek has completed a course on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. Vivek has also obtained certifications in CMMI Level 5 from KPMG in 2005 and Malcolm-Baldrige Quality Certification in 2003.
