Stefan Voinea

Stefan Voinea is a Senior Product Manager at Eupry, bringing extensive experience in public health, technology, and strategic communications. Previously, they served as an Adviser to the Health Minister at the Romanian Ministry of Public Health, where they coordinated efforts to promote COVID-19 vaccination and launched initiatives to combat misinformation. As the Chief Technology Officer at MagiCAMP, Stefan built technology solutions to support families in need. They also co-founded the Romanian Health Observatory and have held key roles in various organizations focusing on health advocacy and digital innovation. Stefan holds multiple degrees in Communication, Public Relations, and Psychology.
