Rick Zedník

Rick Zedník is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and media management across various organizations. As Managing Director of Pangea Connections, Zedník advises international organizations on governance and business development. In dual roles at EURACTIV, Zedník contributed to the company’s expansion in independent journalism and secured strategic investors while serving as Chair of the Advisory Council and previously as Chief Executive Officer, during which revenues doubled and significant geographical and content growth was achieved. Zedník also holds advisory and leadership positions at Women Political Leaders, focusing on increasing the influence of female politicians globally, and has experience as General Manager of Lie Detectors, where Zedník implemented a CRM system for better operational coherence. Previous roles include Circ Marketing Director for The Wall Street Journal and Co-Founding Editor of The Slovak Spectator. Zedník's education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS from Columbia University, and a BA from Trinity College-Hartford.
